on the xbox 360 the last map pack was ok at best... most everyone on there are wondering are we going to get some new maps? china town no good. no place for air strikes every body hides in buildings.... kill house we dont get to play unless you play 1 on 1... the creek snipe or hide in the cave.. best one is broadcast. so new maps would be a great thing and some new guns that are in single player but not multiplayer.. and why when you finally get the highly sought after gold cross (10 prestiege) you get nothing not even a good job whats up with that ..but after evrything said this is far the best game out we just want more maps and some new guns.

Hi im MEXICAN and i just want to say that call of duty 4 is the better game i've played in ps3 but the only thing and so bad is that sony has not a ps store for Mexico and i can't buy the map pack because doesn't acept mexican creditcards in an account of U.S.A. but out of that call of duty rocks is the coolest game and it will be great if infinityward it would put new guns and something new when arriving at the tenth level that will be great.

ANY NEW MAPS PLANNED ?IS WHEN

This probably isn't the place to ask, but I was curious about DLC. I know there have been no announcements regarding future releases other than there's no current plans (but that doesn't mean there won't be), but I was wondering about the price we pay for it.

How much of that goes to IW? Is it just a percentage of the sales or is there a flat fee paid to cover development costs as well? I suppose I'm just curious because, with the exception of the PC version, the fee we pay is roughly 15% of the total cost of the full game with, I feel we could all agree, much less than 15% of a full game of new content.

Ok so I`m ganna just make a list here of new things and things already named that should be added via update to CoD4:

1. New Maps(Larger ones)
2. New Guns/Accessories to go with(Scopes & Cammo)
3. More realistic perks(Extra armor in place of juggernaut etc..)
4. Termination of glitches/cheats (play fare kiddo`s lol)
5. More realistic shooting(I hate getting shot through brick and steel walls unless its a 50 cal rifle of some sort)
6. More realistic air strike accuracy (I want to see buildings explode damn it or atleast have the air strikes penetrate through buildings lol)
7. Increase standard team size to 8 instead of 6 & make ground war atleast 15 per team(30players max for ground war) That would be a hell of a gaming experience lol Also keep larger maps in mind for this one as well!

Well this is all I could think of, hope to c ya on the battle feild!

We DO need new maps. Here is a hot idea for one:

A huge, mountain board covered in snow with boulders and trees and everyone's outfits are white like the snow so they can hide - just like in the movie, "Shooter".

Also, being able to play our own music during the game would be nice, too...

1. drop juggernaut(or slow the jug users mobility)
2. more prestige levels
3.give us more combinations with our classes, like, silencer and red dot.

4. ACOG on snipers make them (too) accurate, almost magical.

what i think the game needs is more weapons. you get more weapons in the single player that you dont get in multiplayer, such as the M4A1 or the Javelin , an automatic sniper would be cool. (to add these weapons you could raise the highest level to 60)

Lv56: M4A1 (25kills silencer, 75kills ACOG, 150kills that sight you get in the single player)

3. COD:Vietnam, most people are ready for it

5. End of World type scenario: WW3? Collapse of civilization? Riots? Nuclear War? Killing each other? Aliens??? Very Scary!!!

I think the only good idea is the futuristic game, with laser weapons and invisible camuflage or something like that and it really could work. well that is what I think

I think the guys at infinity ward have done a brilliant job on this game, but the reality is players are getting bored. You are going to have to make more Guns, Perks, Prestige modes, And MORE MAPS !

Also possibly alter the names or abilities of some of the current Perks such as Juggernaut...(Maybe Solid Steel, extra Armor) Just make it that little bit more realistic and make certain guns Unable to shoot through walls Such as the weaker SMG's. Thats sure to keep the players Gaming ! Good job guys !

its very fun

Awsome game but getting boring. We need more map pack if nothing else. We don't need more or less perks, we don't need different guns. I will pay for the maps that the users created on there PC's. Don't give us anything and we slowly stop playing and that one game that starts with H and ends with O will be the top dog again.

Firstly , great game guys , it really surpasses any FPS in the market place. There are so many things that you could add or change if you read the posts but the following would be great and easy to do!

1. A vote in the lobby to turn replays on or off.
Specialist snipers need this to survive.

2. Silencers / supressors for sniper rifles please.

3. Body armour instead of juggernaught (more realistic)

I think that once u get the gold cross(10 prestiege) that u could use a silencer & a red dot sight or an ACOG sight, it be cool to be stealthy but also to shoot long range, u should also make more perks. Great Job!!!

ok well let me start with... hmmm let me think... AWESOME GAME!!!! see before this the only shooters i liked were third person now the ONLY game i play is COD4. ITS GREAT. and to all those ppl out there complaining SHUT UR PIE HOLE! but anyway, i do have some suggestions to make this game extrordinnary.
1. when you get 10 kill streak you get an airstrike but you fly the plane so you can sere what ur bombing.
2. 20 kill streak: get to fly helicopter so you shoot.
3. 50 kill streak: get a tank and a helicopter... (hehehe)
4. 60 kill streak: get 3 NPC's who guard you and when you die hunt down your killer for 30 seconds if they dont kill him by then they just die. (if they get shot they die as other soldiers would)
5. make a map with hills will long grass for snipers, buildings with machine guns, buildings for snipers and stuff like that

It's so easy to fix, hear are a couple of things you can do. If it's too hard to conceptualize.

1. If they get reported ban them from Hardcore for a month.

2. Set a parameter that if they kill within the first couple of seconds it will kill the team killer and not the intended player or players.

3. Create some new medals and give these idiots a goal to accomplish, most of them are gold crosses with nothing better to do.

4. set up a flag that highlights players that go below -200 and knock them off the server for a full day.

WHATEVER YOU DO, JUST DO SOMETHING. WE ALL PAID FOR THIS AND YOU GUYS DO NOTHING ABOUT THESE ISSUES. IF NOTHING IS DONE I PROMISE I WILL NOT PURCHASE ANOTHER COD EVER!!!!!

Fix the enemy intel! If you pick up one with the cheats on you cant get the achievement because you can never pick it up again so you can never get the achievement Fix it..............

I just wanted to post that i got really disappointed to know Call of duty 5 is not gonna be made 4 u... and is gonna come back to WWII...that just sucks...

Add an option to filter matchmaking results based on country/ping time. I live in Australia, and 99 games out of 100 are played against americans, which means lag. Horrible, crippling lag.
So i have to quit the match and score a loss. Most of my losses are from leaving laggy games.

here is my issue. i was a level 55 5star and didnt want to go prestige mode. so i stayed 5 star. racked up good kills good score good acuracy until today. because out of freakin nowhere i become a level 39 silver stinkin oak leaf lt. col. and i have inherited a absolutely horrible kill death ratio of .25 on acount of i kept my 13000 deaths from before but now only have 3000 kills instead of 19000. my accuracy is no longer 16 but is 12. my score is no longer 180000 but now only like 18000. the only plus is i kept my 900 wins and dropped a good 1000 losses so i have a pretty darn good win ratio. and i kept all my challenges. but still it sucks not knowing how good im doing because of some crazy foul up that should darn well had been preventable. help me out here.

Yeh u should get more lvls n prestiges plus new maps YES and gun YES... but why the hell did people make COD5 in WW2 Medal of Honor does that now COD they should do better ones WW2 as been done a million times for god sakes im just gunna stick 2 COD4 until COD6 comes out so get new stuff etc thanks :D

How About COD - March through Time. Start WW1 for a couple missions, to WW2 for a few, then Korea, Vietnam, ending at a WW3 type game, and in Multiplayer as you rank up you get more modern weapons. From a M1 to a Rail Gun.

I'd like to see the ability to mute players in the lobby. Some players just spam their noise through the mic and it's really annoying.

It would also be nice if you could boot team killers in hardcore.

please add something for the guys with golden guns cause I got the M60 M10 and Dragunov I don't get anymore of an advantage!

The game is great one problem is team killers.We need a vote to kick button.For example when at the statis screen in the middle of a battle a small message would appear at the the top right of the screen #of votes need to kick so and so and if they are kicked twice from the twice they cant get back into the same lobby or join in progress of the people in match.

also add TEAR GAS. you can press down on the directional pad to put on the gas mask but your vision will be divided into two circles like you have a gas mask on.

You guys should make it so online and local multiplayer you can put a silencer on snipers but, make it so you have to earn it by enough headshots or something.

I play this game for at least 3 hours a day so i really hope you guys do this. : ) I LOVE CALL OF DUTY 4!!

It's too bad you couldn't design a little better. CoD4 has the potential to be great but falls short. If you employed someone who understood the genre everyone would be better off.

I'd really like to see some of the cod 2 maps updated and put on cod 4 as it was so fun watchin every 1 who hadn't played cod 2 runnin round without a clue what the map was like! other than that only sum server updates so there are none of those annoying connection interupted messages and so we could have larger games with more players. everyone on ps3 feels we get looked over and getting our online matches with as little lag as possible would be apreciated, :)

The thing that is pointless for Cod4 online mode is
nightvision google
i bet less than 1% OF PEOPLE use them.
We need a make like overgrown(atleast something with ghille suits) and no street light or any thing execpt stars and a full moon.
then it would be hard to see where you r unless you have night vision googles and it would be even harder if people are laying in grass to see them

i think the night vision goggles are pretty useful when your tv has glare...

EVERYONE GETS OUT OF THE MAP ON BACKLOT IN 2 SECONDS, all you afto do is spawn on OpFor, go onto the bin and jump over the wall, there, out of the map. An invisible barrier would be better :D

And claymores should be more effective, on Hardcore you should afto set claymores up like you do in real life.
